Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Welcome to Mega Light Show ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website (megalightshow.com), requesting a custom design, or purchasing our commercial 3D props, RGB pixel displays, or wireframes, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property & Design Protection

  • Proprietary Designs: All custom 3D wireframe props, RGB pixel layouts, custom holiday display blueprints, structural engineering designs, photos, and digital renderings featured on this platform or included in client proposals are the exclusive intellectual property of Mega Light Show.

  • No Replication: Purchasing a physical product or receiving a custom proposal does not grant a license to copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or manufacture duplicates of our structural frameworks, wiring configurations, or proprietary shapes. Any unauthorized commercial manufacturing or resale is strictly prohibited.

2. Custom Orders, Deposits, & Cancellations

  • Custom Fabrication: Because our commercial holiday displays and props are custom-built to client specifications, production begins immediately upon payment.

  • All Sales Final: All deposits and payments for custom orders, customized wireframes, and made-to-order RGB displays are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations are not accepted once materials have been purchased or fabrication has begun.

3. Shipping, Freight, & Delivery

  • FOB Origin / Shipping Responsibility: All oversized commercial displays and heavy props are shipped via third-party freight carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer the moment the shipment leaves our manufacturing facility.

  • Inspection Window: The buyer must fully inspect all freight shipments upon delivery. Any damage caused by the transit carrier must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and reported to Mega Light Show within 48 hours of receipt. We are not responsible for transit damage reported outside this window.

4. Installation & Limitation of Liability

  • Professional Installation Required: Mega Light Show manufactures structural commercial props and displays. We strongly recommend that all displays be installed by licensed professionals and secured according to local engineering codes.

  • Limitation of Liability: Mega Light Show is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, inadequate structural anchoring, extreme weather events, or unauthorized electrical modifications.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, in which Mega Light Show is legally registered.
